I hope you all had a good time
The post below was written when I got home last night. Needless to say I had a little trouble typing after all those shots. Luckily I think I slept through the worst part of the hangover. Again thanks to all those who came out to [...]

It’s obvious, but I didn’t notice it ’til today
Today it occurred to me to that I want Firefox to open multiple tabs with specific web sites when I fire it up. Turns out it is super easy . . . (in OS X) First start up Firefox then open however many sites in however [...]

From the Gum Ball 3000
It’s a long video, but the most exciting part is at the beginning. Later in the video they explain what happened. I thought the car blew a tire, but it turns out that it hit two bumps/dips in the road consecutively which lifted the rear of the car off [...]

PITA
I use my iBook now for all my day-to-day computing. I recently had to setup my old PC (hadn’t been turned on since Oct. 2003) to do some school work. It could have been done on the iBook, but I would have had to BUY the software, I got the PC version for [...]

Orkut and Friendster . . .

Tuesday, January 25th, 2005

Good-bye and good riddance
I deleted/removed/cancelled/killed both of my above accounts. Why? Orkut because the site SUCKS ASS (super slow) and Friendster because I don’t use it. Honestly I didn’t even end up using Orkut much. Overall I think this idea is neat, but somehow simultaneously stupid. Soooo fuck ‘em both.

Busy Busy Busy . . .

I guess it’s good
I haven’t felt this busy in a LONG time. I have school to thank for it. The difference between taking 2 classes (part-time) and 3 classes (full-time) is larger than I anticipated. Overall the classes aren’t that hard, accounting be a little more challenging than I anticipated. Lately [...]

Education Discounts . . .

Wednesday, January 19th, 2005

Things of beauty
I was poking around the Apple store today and decided to see how much could be saved with the education discount I get through CSULA. I built the exact same system twice, once with the discount and once with out. The system I built is obviously a ‘DREAM’ system. Pretty [...]
